For drivers: Location data may be collected in the background, including when the app is closed or not in use, only when drivers enable availability or go online. This is required for real-time tracking, ride matching, and navigation.
For regular users: Location data is collected only while the app is in use to provide nearby services, directions, and ride booking functionality.
Usage & Analytics: app usage, crash reports, and interaction data.

2. How We Use Data

We use your data to:

Provide personalized services such as nearby results, navigation, and ride matching .
Track driver location in real-time for active rides.
Communicate with you regarding updates, offers, or support
Improve app performance and user experience.
Ensure safety, security, and fraud prevention

3. Sharing of Data

We do not sell personal data.
We may share data only with trusted service providers such as:

Google Firebase (for analytics, crash reporting, authentication).
Google Maps API (for maps and navigation).
These providers process data only to help us operate the app.

4. Your Choices & Controls

You can deny or revoke location access in your device settings at any time.
Drivers can disable background location by going offline or turning off availability .
You can request data deletion or account removal by contacting us at support@pinlo.in.

5. Security

We use industry-standard security practices. Data is encrypted in transit.
